GCSAA is seeking an I.T. professional to lead the association's technology efforts and oversee the technological operations of the business. The I.T. Director is responsible for understanding how I.T. programs can be leveraged to enhance the overall user experience through the use and implementation of well-defined business rules. The Director will be a hands-on leader, interacting with all levels of the organization to communicate objectives, assign & manage project roles, perform development work when necessary, preserve assets and maintain business continuity by implementing data backup, recovery and system security. This position will provide business solutions that meet the demands of the business while staying current on new technologies. This position will play a key role on the core team involved with the strategy, design and maintenance of the GCSAA websites. Qualified candidates possess: " Strong understanding of cloud environment including virtual machines, storage, application hosting, virtual networking and Entra ID " Working knowledge of system integration techniques including REST APIs and iPaaS " Experience and direct technical knowledge of: " Data Center - ESXi, Network Load Balancing, Storage/Backup " Microsoft - O365/M365 administration, Azure/Entra ID " Network/Security - IDS/IPS, Certificate Security, Firewall, 2FA "CRM/AMS " Website Development/Management - web content mgmt.
